Yesterday we held another productive CCLG Client Forum, bringing together clients and industry leaders to explore innovation, collaboration, and best practice across the sector.
A few standout highlights from the session:
🔹 AI & Gateway Submissions:
Craig Cunningham from gatepassuk presented their AI‑driven system for Gateway 1–3 submissions. The group had a lively discussion about verification, data security, real-world testing, and how the software is helping streamline compliance without compromising rigour.
🔹 Contractor Competency & Efficiency:
Sam Miller from Mace shared insights from the Tier 1 Contractors Forum on reducing duplication in competency assessments and improving efficiency through the Common Assessment Standard — a strong reminder of the value of consistent, needs‑based approaches.
🔹 CCLG Integration with CE:
Updates were provided on CCLG’s integration into Constructing Excellence from 1 April, supporting stronger collaboration, smoother administration, and wider industry reach. There was also discussion about upcoming events, including the BRE Science Park Open Day in June.
🔹 EDI & Care‑Experienced Talent:
The forum also heard updates on equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, including a pilot programme with Heathrow, Transport for London, and the Drive Forward Foundation, focused on supporting care‑experienced individuals into the industry — a strong example of social value in action.
Thank you to all who attended and contributed to the discussion. Looking forward to continuing the conversation at our next sessions on 14 May and 17 September.

This was a really interesting read! I didn’t know much about this topic before, but the way you explained it made everything much clearer and easier to understand. It reminded me of how useful structured and persuasive methods can be, like the ones you find in Assignment Writing Service Uk. Even though that’s usually about writing, the idea of organizing ideas clearly and presenting them in a way that keeps the reader engaged really applies here too. I sometimes struggle to grasp new topics quickly, but posts like this make it much easier. I liked how it was simple to follow without skipping important details. Thanks for sharing I feel like I learned something new today and will definitely keep…
